Peladeau on the Hockey trail for Quebec City

leave a comment

In this article:

“Quebec City is a hockey city… much more than certain American cities with NHL teams,” he said over the weekend. “Quebec City has the potential to build a new arena and accommodate a hockey team, but it won’t be tomorrow. (We’ll) have to be patient.” Peladeau was in the city with his wife, Julie Snyder, at a benefit evening for the Fondation Felix-Leclerc.

Peladeau will need the help of the fans of Canadian hockey, Quebec fans, and fans in general. Hockey is a Canadian game, and let’s pull some support for Mr. Peladeau and the great location of Quebec City. Time to return hockey to the fans whose youth still have interest, moreso than the youth of Toronto!

Oh, the memories!

Hello folks,

This is the first post to the Make it Nine, eh? webpage. Just want to break the ice, and say hello.

As I write this, the future of the Phoenix Coyotes is still up in the air, and the future for the team in Hamilton is hopeful.

Winnipeg should be eight, and Quebec City, the ninth, eh?

Let’s do what we can to make this happen.

If you have any information and links of interest, please drop me a line. I am just getting my feet wet on the past of the Nordiques!

Born in Montreal, I can relate to the passion that the people of La Belle Province have for hockey.

So, once again! Welcome….Let’s make it nine in Quebec City!!
